Service Description
Be Beautiful Foundation provides individualized counseling services to be rendered via telehealth service. Please contact us to schedule your next counseling session with your preferred counselor. Be Beautiful Counseling therapists only provide out-of-network services and do not participate as in-network with insurance providers. Superbills may be provided to be submitted for out-of-network insurance reimbursement through participating insurance providers. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel, or reschedule, please contact us at least 24-hours in advanced of scheduled appointment to receive full refund. Clients that cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24-hours notice will be responsible for the full cost of the services associated with the scheduled appointments. Future services will not be rendered until owed balances are paid in full.
